so hard to remember this too when what you really want is something big - or a deadline to meet - instead of day to day small things that just need to be done as they come!

yes, it's hard to remember that faithfulness is how we'll be measured.

Wonderful quote. So very true. Little things are so important in all of life. The longer I live the more I see that.

And we have to be careful not only to be faithful in little ways, but to avoid being unfaithful in "little" ways as well. Jesus pointed to both.

It is good to remember again the faithfulness in "small things", even though they may not really be all that small - like morning quiet time before work. It may not, in minutes, represent a large portion of the next 12 hours and may not represent even a large part of my daily study of the Word - but still, your quote reminded me again - faithfulness in small things.
